We are pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Ribchester to the Conservatory’s Vocal Repertoire faculty. Mr. Ribchester was graduated summa cum laude from the University of Oxford, where he was awarded the degrees of Master of Arts in Music and Master of Studies in Musicology. He trained concurrently as pianist and conductor at the Royal College of Music in London. He is Music Director of the Delaware Valley Opera Company, Accompanist at the Academy of Vocal Arts, and Coach and Chorus Master for the Russian Opera Workshop at AVA. He has taught at Temple University, he is a Lecturer in the Critical Writing Program at the University of Pennsylvania, and he is an active performer as an opera conductor and as a pianist.
